In light of current developments Territory Gift Baskets has implemented the following in order to continue to service our customers in their time of need, when connecting with people they care about becomes even more important.

  • Hygiene Policy. Territory Gift Baskets are following all recommended guidelines from NT Health, including social separation at work, additional sterilisation of all work areas and preparation areas, the use of remote working where possible, and no contact with people outside the business during work hours. Note, all our ingredients come packed individually and are never opened, so there is no touching of food items as part of our daily routine.
  •  Staff Education. All our staff have been provided with our Policy for Covid-19, and additional information from Government sources on how to ensure minimal risk of transmission of the disease at home and at work.
  •  Couriers and Gift Deliveries. All deliveries from Territory Gift Baskets are "Zero Contact Delivery", meaning there is no need for personal contact with our delivery drivers. If it is safe to do so, the gift will be left in a safe place. In addition to this, our delivery drivers have instituted a “Zero Touch” policy meaning gifts do not need to be signed for even if someone is at home when the delivery occurs. They will take your name, and sign the documentation themselves.
  •  Operating Hours. At the current time Territory Gift Baskets is operating as normal, Mon-Fri 9.00am to 5.00pm and delivering gifts every day of the week. As Government policies change, this may effect our business. We will ensure any change is published clearly on our website so any gift you order can be certain to be delivered.
