We do our own deliveries in the Darwin, Palmerston and some Outer Rural Areas Monday to Friday between 12pm & 3pm. We DO NOT deliver on Weekends. (exceptions are Mother's Day & Father's Day).  We cannot guarantee a delivery will be made at a specific time.

To avoid any inconvenience please choose the correct delivery cost on checkout.  If the incorrect delivery destination is chosen we will email you to recover additional costs and your gift will be delivered once payment is received.

Deliveries will, under normal circumstances, be delivered by the date quoted (exception is Christmas delivery peak periods). Occasionally deliveries may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control. Although we will do our best to accommodate delivery windows the time of delivery will be determined by the volume of gifts and delivery locations on the day. It is not always possible to accommodate these kinds of requests.

The delivery amounts will appear before the payment process and before you confirm your order. Please ensure you choose the correct delivery Suburb. For areas outside the Darwin and rural areas please contact us via email at info@territorygiftbaskets.com.au or phone 0415 244 821 to obtain a quote.

Please ensure that you include the recipients name, a correct physical address. (WE DO NOT DELIVER TO POST OFFICE BOXES OR PRIVATE MAIL BAGS), delivery date, a contact phone number and your personal message. If the recipient is not at the address supplied and the delivery driver deems it unsafe to leave the gift basket, a calling card will be left.

Every effort will be made to deliver the gift basket to the recipient at the address specified, however if the gift basket cannot be left we will re-deliver on the next business day (excluding rural areas) If the gift cannot be delivered on the second attempt an additional delivery fee will apply. If we are unable to deliver a gift to a rural address on the first attempt the recipient will be required to pick up or pay an additional delivery fee.

All orders placed during special events are final and Territory Gift Baskets will not accept any cancellations to orders. Delivery terms and conditions are subject to change during special event periods.

As we are an online business with no shopfront do not have the option to pick up your gift basket.

Orders of 5 or more gift baskets require a minimum of 2 days notice. Special pricing arrangements can be made for bulk orders delivered to one or multiple addresses. Please phone 0415 244 821 or email us at info@territorygiftbaskets.com.au for a quote.

Please ensure that the patient is still in hospital before ordering your gift basket as a redelivery fee will apply if the patient has gone home. Please check the name of the patient and ensure that they have booked in under this name. If known, please provide maiden name of mother for new baby gifts.  Provide the Ward and Room details if known.

We understand that not all of our Gift Baskets will suit everyone so we are able to customise our gifts. Customised gifts can be arranged for next day delivery and may incur a surcharge.

From November through to March each year is the cyclone season in the Top End. During this time Darwin is susceptible to severe cyclones.  During cyclone warnings all deliveries will be suspended until the all clear is given or if we deem it safe to continue deliveries. During this time we will post information concerning deliveries on the home page of our website. 

Please note alcohol deliveries MUST be accepted by an authorised person over 18. We CANNOT leave alcohol at unattended premises.

Gift Baskets containing alcohol cannot be delivered to restricted premises or restricted areas.

Liquor cannot be sold or supplied to an intoxicated person or to a person under the age of 18 years.  Identification must be sighted at delivery.

All our gifts are adorned with a beautiful bow and accompanied by a personalised gift card containing your message at no extra cost.

We use alternate and unusual containers depending on the type of gifts and the recipient, including baskets, glossy hamper boxes, wooden trays, crates, garden pots, eskys, tubs etc. (some containers may vary from the photos)

Your special message is printed on a small gift card. The card is placed inside an envelope and attached to your gift. 

All our gift baskets are uniquely designed. Photographs of the gift baskets presented on this website are a general representation of our gift basket designs. All our gift baskets are uniquely-designed and lovingly curated by hand. We put together each gift as it is ordered and on the day of delivery to ensure gifts are presented beautifully each time.

Cancellation of Orders

All orders cancelled after payment has been received will incur a cancellation fee of $5. This is a fee that is incurred by us by the Bank.
