Standard Delivery Fees 

We deliver Monday to Friday in the afternoon (12pm to 6pm). We DO NOT deliver on Weekends. (exceptions are Christmas, Mothers Day & Fathers Day).
Same day delivery for baskets ordered before 11am (next day delivery for fruit baskets)
Delivery Area - Darwin, Palmerston & Howard Springs $10.00
Delivery Area - Coolalinga, Virginia $12.00
Delivery Area - Giraween, McMinns Lagoon, Humpty Doo, Herbert $15.00
To avoid any inconvenience please choose the correct delivery cost on checkout.  If the incorrect delivery destination is chosen we will contact you to recover additional costs which may offend.
Deliveries outside of the Darwin & rural area are via Australia Post (Postal & Additional Packaging costs apply). Please give us a call on 0415244821 to make arrangements.
Deliveries will, under normal circumstances, be delivered by the date quoted. Occasionally deliveries may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control. Although we will do our best to accommodate delivery windows the time of delivery will be determined by the volume of gifts and delivery locations on the day. It is not always possible to accommodate these kinds of requests.
The delivery amount will appear on your order after the PayPal process and before you confirm your order. For areas outside the Darwin and rural areas please contact us on our "Contact Us" and fill out your details or phone 0415 244 821 to obtain a quote.
Please ensure that you include the recipients name, a correct physical address (we do not deliver to Post Office Boxes), delivery date, a contact phone number and your personal message. If the recipient is not at the address supplied and the delivery driver deems it unsafe to leave the gift basket, a calling card will be left.
Every effort will be made to deliver the gift basket to the recipient at the address specified, however if the gift basket cannot be left at the address specified and is required to be re-delivered at another time, an extra delivery fee will apply.
All orders placed during special events are final and Territory Gift Baskets will not accept any cancellations to orders. Delivery terms and conditions are subject to change during special event periods.
Deliveries during Cyclone Season 
From November through to March each year is the cyclone season in the Top End.  During this time Darwin is susceptible to severe cyclones.  During cyclone warnings all deliveries will be suspended until the all clear is given or if we deem it safe to continue deliveries. During this time we will post information concerning deliveries on the home page of the website. 

 

Alcohol

Please note alcohol deliveries MUST be accepted by an authorised person over 18. We CANNOT leave alcohol at unattended premises.
Gift Baskets containing alcohol cannot be delivered to restricted premises or restricted areas.
Liquor cannot be sold or supplied to an intoxicated person or to a person under the age of 18 years.  Identification must be sighted at delivery.

Gift Packaging

All our gifts are wrapped in clear cellophane, adorned with a beautiful bow and accompanied by a personalised gift card containing your message at no extra cost.
We use alternate and unusual containers depending on the type of gifts and the recipient, including baskets, boxes, garden pots, eskys, tubs etc. (some containers may vary from the photos)
Personalised Gift Cards
Your special message is personally handwritten on a small gift card. The card is placed inside an envelope and attached to your gift.

 

Refund/Exchange Policy

Whether you are a new customer or a returning customer, you have our personal guarantee that your recipient will love the gift basket that you select for them. If for some reason your order does not meet your recipient's complete satisfaction, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to report a problem. We can either replace your order, credit or refund the full purchase value of the items returned (excluding delivery). We do request that you return the original gift item before a replacement, or refund is issued.
"Please note that items must be returned unused in their original undamaged packaging." 
All our products are packaged with the utmost care to ensure that damage will not occur. However, in the instance that it does, please contact us and arrangements will be made to replace it.
All our gift baskets are uniquely designed. Photographs of the gift baskets presented in this web site are a general representations of our gift basket designs. All our gift baskets are uniquely-designed so that no two people will ever receive the same gift basket unless specifically requested.

 

Cancellation of Orders

All orders cancelled after payment has been received will incur a cancellation fee of $5.  This is a fee that is incurred by us by the bank & PayPal
